Get in touch!
- As soon as you know you need your photos please get in touch to get booked on our calendar.
Be prepared to provide the following info:
- Your name and contact info
- Agency name
- Property address
When we talk, we'll talk about the scope of the project.
- Size of the property.
- Any special features you would like me to photograph.
- Do you want to add a Matterport tour?
- Do you need drone images? I will need to check if there are any airspace restrictions and apply for a variance if needed.
Is the property vacant? Will you stage it?
- Obviously, a staged property or a clean uncluttered property will present the best! Please arrange for this prior to your booked appointment. Please view the checklist that I've provided to help you prepare for the photoshoot. I will email a copy with the booking for you to forward to your clients.
Once we determine the scope of the shoot we can schedule it.
Based on the above info I will provide a price for the services requested and issue you an invoice for 50% of the total which needs to be paid prior to the appointment.
I will provide a simple agreement outlining the property information, the scope of the services to be provided, license and payment terms. This will be signed by both parties.
Please arrange with the property owners or tenants to have the property vacant while the shoot is taking place.

I will return to my studio to process the images.
You can expect your photos to be ready in 24 - 48 hours unless the shoot is very large and complex.
I will provide upload the photographs to a private page for your review. Once approved, I will deliver the final images via Google drive.
Once the images are delivered I will issue an invoice for the balance due.
