Licensing Agreement

Real Estate Licensing

At the time of full payment Jim Doolittle Photography LLC extends a license to use the images, video(s), and/or virtual tour(s) (collectively the “Media”) for a period of time until the property has been sold and closed. Jim Doolittle PhotographyLLC will archive the media so that it can be used again if the property goes back on the market. The Media may be used solely for the marketing of the property described on the invoice and not for any other purpose. This license cannot be transferred or sold to a third party without the consent of Jim Doolittle Photography LLC.

Unrestricted Licensing

$100 per project
At the time of the full payment above, Jim Doolittle Photography LLC extends a license to use the images, video(s), and/or virtual tour(s) (collectively the “Media”) to be used beyond the scope of marketing the specific property to being able to use the media to promote the business as a whole or other such use. This license cannot be transferred or sold to a third party without the consent of Jim Doolittle Photography LLC.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated on the delivered invoice, the Client has 14 days to deliver full payment to Jim Doolittle Photography LLC. After the amount of time for payment terms has elapsed, Jim Doolittle Photography LLC reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of $100 per week per invoice.
