Booking -

As soon as you know you need your photos please book an appointment on our Appointment Booking page or get in touch to get booked on our calendar.
Please complete the Property Information Form.
A few other things to consider:
- Obviously, a staged property or a clean uncluttered property will present the best! Please arrange for this prior to your booked appointment. Please view the checklist that I've provided to help you prepare for the photoshoot. I will email a copy with the booking for you to forward to your clients.
- For simple packages on smaller properties, I will complete the shoot in a few hours. Larger properties with full packages may require multiple days to complete the shoot. I will work with you to minimize the impact to your clients if they are living on the property.
- Based on the property info and scope of the shoot, I will provide a price for the services requested and issue you an invoice for 50% of the total which needs to be paid prior to the appointment.
- Please arrange with the property owners or tenants to have the property vacant while the shoot is taking place.

I will return to my studio to process the images.
You can expect your photos to be ready in 24 - 48 hours unless the shoot is very large and complex.
I will upload the photographs to a private page for your review. Once approved, I will deliver the final images via Google drive.
Once the images are delivered I will issue an invoice for the balance due.
Matterport will be available typically in 24 hours..
Video editing and processing will take typically 48 hours in addition to the above.
