While I was waiting for alpenglow I exposed this image to check focus and composition. It was still completely dark with an almost full moon hidden behind the arch illuminating the Sierras. A 40 second exposure brought out good detail and now I’m liking this one more than the alpenglow image. It’s fun to be surprised!

Archival print on Canson Byrata Photographique fine art archival paper. With artist’s signature and date. Please allow 2 weeks for fulfillment for the print only and 3 weeks if mounted and framed. Click image to view full screen.
