For the past several years I have lived in Southern California which has given me time to spend near the ocean. While the coast is typically mostly sand beaches there are a few exceptions with rocks, arches and some sea stacks. The sea air and the rhythm of the waves is very effective in clearing away cluttered thoughts and providing a sweet reset and in the fall and winter the sunsets can be exquisite.
